BEFORE YOUR PARTY
harley’s will be calling you approximately 1-2 days before your party to
get the current child count.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK ARE ALLOWED except for cake or ice cream.
We have refrigerators available for cakes. Our freezer space is very limited, please
make arrangements to have ice cream or ice cream cakes to be picked up and dropped
off when it is time for your party to eat.

A Deposit of $50.00 will be refunded ONLY if a cancellation notice is
given at least seven (7) days before scheduled party date.

Tell all guests to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the party
so they can get bowling shoes and are ready to start bowling on time.

AT YOUR PARTY
When arriving at the center, please go to the front desk and check in.
The desk attendant will then page the party coordinator who will
greet you and help get your party started.
Due to the party coordinator assisting with other parties they will not 
be able to devote their entire time to one party. 
They will check in as the party is going on.

At the end of your party, the party hostess will present you with your bill. Your
deposit will be deducted at this time. Payment is by cash, check, or credit card
(Visa or MasterCard only).

LANE RULES
To ensure the safety of all children and parents,
please follow the following rules:

Please do not go past the Foul Line (out onto the lane).

Call for assistance on any of the following conditions:
    *pin or ball gets stuck
    *pin spotting machine malfunctions
    *scoring help
    *drink spills

Make sure that the machine resets after every ball thrown.
If machine does not reset, press the reset button on the
side of the ball return tray.

We ask that ONLY ONE child be up on the lane at one time.
Please have all other children stay in the seating area.
The child bowling may let go of the ball in their back swing and
if other children are up on the lane they may get hurt.

Do not put your hand or any other part of your body in the ball return.
We do not want to see a child get their fingers smashed.

All Food & Drink is to be kept on the back counters.
NO FOOD or DRINKS are allowed on the lanes or in the seating area.
If there is a spill of any kind please report it immediately.
